All conferences these days have to have a website and sites for events are a big part of our business. Conference websites provide information updates, are an effective method of promotion, allow for the capture of information from prospective delegates, and the easiest way to get registrations and manage them.

Conference websites normally need to have:

Our conference web system is based on our SimpleCMS, making it really easy to setup and update. All the information captured feeds into our administration section so that you can see lists, edit details, process or confirm payments and manage abstracts and program.

Process

Expression of Interest

Promoting a conference early and capturing expressions of interest allows for email marketing to promote the opening (and closing) of the call for abstracts and the opening (and closing) of registration which helps to maximise the number of delegates attending the conference.

Call for Abstracts

Some conference organisers still receive abstract submissions by fax, some by email, and some use modern online submission systems. Some of these modern systems are very expensive and hard to use. We have created a system that is easy to use, and has just the features you need.

Abstract Review and Program Management

Many conferences have a large committee involved the abstract review, selection and program development. Our system allows multiple users to login, and review and create the program, including advising prospective speakers of the success of their submissions.

Registrations and Payments

Our registration system includes the facility for multiple social functions, workshops and tours, all with varying prices and inclusions. We can integrate the payment system with a merchant facility if you have one, or with PayPal which can be fast, efficient, and cost effective.

Flexibility

We can setup the system to give you just what you need. Our most basic conference website starts from $1500, with the whole system with all the functions costing approximately $4500. We are happy to be flexible with inclusions to meet your budget.

Integration with Innovative Technology

Our conference web systems are designed to integrate with innovative technologies like Eventranet.

Eventranet is an onsite intranet developed by Lucien Mark. Eventranet is a one stop portal bringing together similar onsite services like message boards, internet access, presentation downloads, event signage and news and presentation feeds.

Our systems integrate directly into the Eventranet systems allowing for a seamless transition from pre-conference to onsite and beyond.
